Missouri Governor Encourages Mizzou to jump to Big Ten
The governor of Missouri is encouraging his alma mater and the Missouri land grant institution to jump at the opportunity to join the Big 10 Conference.

It sounds like Missouri is officially campaigning.
I’m flattered. My fiancee is a Mizzou alum, and the addition would inevitably make for a good old fashioned house rivalry.
Still, I’d much rather get Nebraska.

Living in Missouri, this thrills me to get more Big 10 coverage here. Plus, in the last 6-plus years it seems Mizzou has really passed the rest of the Big 12 teams which are adjacent to Big 10 schools.
Will be an interesting courtship, for sure!
