EUGENE, Ore. -- Oregon quarterback Darron Thomas says he was asleep in the car when a teammate was pulled over for driving 118 mph earlier this summer.

I'm sorry....did you just say you were asleep while the car was going 118 mph?  Is that what I just heard?  And lets not even TALK about the fact you "borrowed" a rental car from a University employee.  Something stinks in Eugene, and I don't think its the LeGarrett Blount's UFC gear.

Last summer, Thomas was a passenger when then-quarterback Jeremiah Masoli was stopped for a traffic infraction and marijuana was found in the car.

I'm sensing a trend...
