OSU "Admits" That Football Program is Very Successful

The Ohio State University filed its answer to ESPN's petition for a writ of mandate in the Supreme Court of Ohio today. In the midst of a sea of denials, one concession stands out: "In response to paragraph 3 of the complaint, Ohio State admits that its student football program has been very successful over the years." I wonder if they'll ask the Court to take judicial notice of that fact.
