OSU "Admits" That Football Program is Very Successful
The Ohio State University filed its answer to ESPN's petition for a writ of mandate in the Supreme Court of Ohio today.
In the midst of a sea of denials, one concession stands out:
"In response to paragraph 3 of the complaint, Ohio State admits that its student football program has been very successful over the years."
I wonder if they'll ask the Court to take judicial notice of that fact.

Good stuff!
It always seemed that secpn was far too vague with their requests. Their arrogance in demanding all these records speaks volumes to me.

Hmmm, in other words, ESPN...

The first round, a 5.56-mm. bullet, struck bin Laden in the chest. As he fell backward, the SEAL fired a second round into his head, just above his left eye. On his radio, he reported, "For God and country—Geronimo, Geronimo, Geronimo."
