This is for anyone to talk about the hockey matchups this weekend (MSU-Notre Dame, Robert Morris-OSU, PSU-Holy Cross, Minnesota-Colorado College, and Michigan Tech-Wisconsin). Here's the standings so you can get an idea of how your school is faring.

As for games being televised, MSU's matchup with Notre Dame is televised tonight at 7:35 on NBC Sports. Notre Dame has 12 draft picks and is probably the most talented team in the CCHA, combine that with MSU's youth and tendency to play flat on Fridays and I'm seeing a loss for the Spartans.

Hopefully this thread gets a bit of steam and hockey fans on OTE can discuss the sport together, especially with the NHL locked out. If there's enough interest I'll try to do a preview of the Great Lakes Invitational which features Michigan and Michigan State since I won't be knee deep in finals like I am now.
