#1 - Kentucky v. Louisville
The contrast in styles, the coaches, the tradition...
Who am I kidding. We just all want to see if the state will still be standing Sunday morning and what kind of ridiculous tattoos fans will put on Instagram.
#2 - UVA v. MSU
One of those rare times a four seed may be favored over a one seed. A UVA win further implodes brackets.
MSU is playing high octane offense, UVA is on a hot-streak even though everyone claims they are the "weakest #1" seed.
#3 - Florida v. UCLA
Along with Baylor, UCLA features a bunch of future NBA players who have hit their stride at the right time. The Gators are an obvious favorite, but UCLA man, UCLA.
#4 - Baylor v. Wisconsin
Quite an explosion of differing styles here. Baylor crushed Creighton so handily, overwhelming the Bluejays with athleticism and a stifling zone. Can the Badgers hit early threes and go into lockdown mode on the Baylor bigs?
#5 - Arizona v. SDSU
I could imagine this matchup ranked higher, except most folks don't know the Aztecs very well, lowering the hype meter on this game. Sure Arizona looks unstoppable at times, as a #1 seed should, but SDSU features athletic players who play really really good D.
#6 - Michigan v. Tennessee
Everyone knows the weakness of this Michigan team: Interior...anything. Everyone knows the strengths of the Volunteers: Interior toughness. See: Overrunning Mercer and Mass. This is going to be a good one.
#7 - Iowa St. v. UConn
Forgive me for ranking this so low, this will be a great matchup, especially with ISU hobbled by one key injury to Niang.
#8 - Dayton v. Stanford
Cinderellas sometimes make for great stories. Unsure if that's the case here.
