According to this article, and heavily relying on an article by Teddy Greenstein the Chicago Tribune, it looks like expansion news might be quicker to develop than previously expected.
It also sounds like the Big Ten will not stop at adding one, but is more interested in adding three or five teams. Very exciting news, in my opinion.
