So how much have we learned over the last thirteen weeks? We've learned that our findings are inconclusive. We've learned that our opinions are split. So here's what we have. I set some lines. The writers all picked whether the team would be over or under the number. It's simple. It's easy. It gives you plenty to yell about.
What this won't tell you, is how far over or under. I know when I made my picks, there were some teams (like Purdue) that I kept vacillating back and forth on. Others (like Wisconsin) felt easy. We're not divulging our analysis here - just prognosticating on the relative number of wins after the 12 game regular season (the B1G Championship Game and Bowl Games are not included).
And here's one more thing: it's still early. Does this all change if Taylor Martinez rips up his knee or Kirk Cousins has a season-ending shoulder injury? Of course. As with everything this week, we'll get to our final predictions in late-August. But as we sit in the middle of summer, here's how we think things will shake out.
