In a weird sentence to write, Michigan State faced off against Indiana with the Big Ten crown on the line. No, I'm not making this up. Indiana had already beaten Michigan and Ohio State. Michigan State had done the same. In the tilt, Michigan State won 27-3 in East Lansing, but the moment of the day was in the locker room later. We've posted this before, and it's one of my favorite Big Ten clips ever.

Michigan State would go to Pasadena and beat USC 20-17. It was the second time that season that the Spartans beat USC. Most importantly, this ended the conference's six game Rose Bowl losing streak.
