It's finally nice enough to go out without a winter coat, which has just been traded out for a raincoat. Luckily, grilling doesn't take all day. This is a relatively simple one that's great for warmer weather.
Ingredients:
-Bamboo skewers
-1 pack boneless spare ribs (4 or 5)
-2 bell peppers (your choice of color)
-1 red onion
-1 tomato
-1 package mushrooms
Start by soaking the bamboo skewers in water, for at least 30 minutes prior to grilling. Preheat the grill to 350°F. Cut everything up into roughly 3/4" to 1" square pieces, and skewer (after finished soaking).
Throw on the grill, crack open a beer, and cook until the pork reaches 145°F. Let cool for a few minutes and enjoy!
