B1G Hockey: Conference Tourney Preview and Thursday Open Thread

Didn't have Tonto write anything last night so I'm doing a quick preview on my phone.

The B1G Hockey Tourney starts off tonight on BTN.  Ohio State and Penn State get us started at 4:30/3:30 et/ct. Each team is fighting for the auto-bid and a chance to potentially knock Minnesota out of the NCAAs. Ohio State took 9 of 12 points this season but KRACH gives PSU a 57.2% chance of winning. I think Ohio State continues its late season surge and wins.

Wisconsin and Michigan face off at 8/7 et/ct (also on BTN). The winner is still alive for the conference auto-bid while the loser is done for the year. Michigan took all 12 points this year and KRACH gives them an 83.2% chance of winning. I think Michigan wins, setting up a rematch with MSU Friday night.

I'll get up a preview for tomorrow's games later tonight. Use this as the open thread.
