I'm undertaking a project on the beers of the various Big Ten states, hopefully to be completed or at least underway by kickoff of Indiana-FIU on September 1st.

So! What this entails:

1. I'll create a subthread in the comments for each Big Ten state.
2. Reply under the subthread ranking any and all microbreweries in the state. Your list can be one, it can be 15. We just want you to rank your favorites!
3. Feel free to chat about best individual beers in the comments, but we want breweries overall.
