The past week and a half I’ve dropped team specific pieces to detail where all of the Big Ten stands in terms of recruiting. The Big Ten East is absurd with a current average team ranking of 23rd in the nation. For perspective, that’s second only to the SEC West who sits at an average ranking of 19. Thanks Indiana. Here are the links to each of those if you’d like a team specific primer:
- Michigan State
- Penn State
- Ohio State
There are still quite a few commitments looming out there and many are airing on either ESPN2 or ESPNU, who run national coverage all day long. That’s a bit much for me...but here is the schedule (hint: Michigan, Ohio State, and Nebraska have people in the live TV commitments):
Still, there are recruits who are just announcing at their school and schools waiting for them to do so. Don’t worry though, Jim Harbaugh never changes and has found a weirder way for a recruit to announce his commitment.
247 keeps a rolling tally of all recruits and this table should update itself with the Big Ten rankings:
How do you think your school finishes?
