According to multiple reports, the University of Nebraska has fired Athletics Director Shawn Eichorst. After disappointing seasons last year for all revenue sports, it would appear that the straw that broke the camels back was the football team losing to Northern Illinois and going 1-2 to start things off. Eichorst recently gave head football coach Mike Riley a one year extension just before the loss. Will this lead to a head football coach change after this year?
