Big Life. Big Stage. Big Ten.
Another year has passed, congrats to you all for getting this far! As everyone else has already done (probably more effectively), we at your favorite B1G fan site invite you to look back at the decade that was for our conference, reminiscing about the good, the bad, and the downright silly. Feel free to share the moments that meant something to you, whether it brought a tear to your eye or a belly laugh to your soul.
B1G Life
Hate aside, our fanbases seem to truly love playing against each other. Maybe there's even a touch of conference pride.
The B1G Network sure knows how to pick a catchy tune to drill into your brain 6000 times. The Game of Thrones commercial got love from nearly every college football fan.
These kids are smart, too. The Big Ten Academic Alliance does incredible amounts of research. We said farewell to the University of Chicago, but added Nebraska, Maryland, and Rutgers.
B1G Stage
Doesn't get any B1Gger than the College Football Playoff. And some of our teams have actually been there.
We like to have fun here. Jim, I'd play shirtless volleyball with you any day.
Speaking of volleyball,
The ladies do a hell of a job representing the B1G. Five national championships and five more runner-up finishes.
Almost every school has won at least one national championship this decade. Stand up and give yourselves a hand!
B1G Ten
One thing we'll never have is a lack of things to talk about. In the spirit of GoForThree's Ten B1G Things, here are Ten B1G Moments from the 20(B1G)10s:
Happy New Year, folks!
