Big Ten Basketball Tournament first round open thread

Penn State and Nebraska will open things up. Rutgers squares off versus Minnesota in prime time.

It's here, guys! The 2015 Big Ten Basketball Tournament in Chicago. 14 teams enter, and some of them are even playing with something on the line. Now a five-day event because of our new friends from New Jersey and Maryland, the Tournament features two games and four lousy teams on this opening Wednesday.

It's still going to be fun, though. Will anyone score in the Penn State vs. Nebraska game? Can Rutgers win a game for the first time since January? We'll find out as the action unfolds in the United Center.

Penn State and Nebraska are on ESPN2 at 3:30 CT. Rutgers and Minnesota will tip off on BTN sometime around 6:00 CT. Tournament bracket can be found here. Media guide is here. This is your open thread. Let's get this party started.
